Who cuts my parts?
The verified shop you choose cuts your parts. CutMeter connects you with the shop; the contract and payment are between you and the shop.
How is the price calculated?
Each indicative price is calculated from that shop's published rates and the measurements of your files: cut length, pierces, material and quantity.
When is the price final?
The shop checks your drawings and confirms or changes the price and the ready date. The price the shop confirms is the one that counts.
What happens to my files?
Your files go only to the shop you send the request to. We keep them for 90 days and then delete them.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. CutMeter is free for customers and takes no commission. You pay the shop directly, and only if you accept its offer.
